Core duties
- Design, build, test, and maintain web and API software for financial operations.
- Review code and write documentation.
- Work with analysts to turn financial workflows into software.
- Minimum education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
Data Engineering
Core duties
- Build and maintain pipelines that extract, clean, and load financial documents and records.
- Model data for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor data quality and fix gaps and duplicates.
- Minimum education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Data Science
Core duties
- Build forecasting and scoring models for financial data.
- Test models on historical data and document the results.
- Explain findings to finance and operations users.
- Minimum education
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
