Contract Reconciliation & TCO Automation
Reconciles core-processor contracts, amendments, and invoices, and builds total-cost-of-ownership comparisons.
In production
The problem
Analysts compare processor contracts, amendments, and monthly invoices by hand every billing cycle. The work is slow, and a rate change or an unapproved fee is easy to miss.
What it does
- Extract contract terms
- Pulls fees, tiered pricing, and price-increase limits from contracts, order forms, and amendments.
- Read invoices
- Turns monthly invoice PDFs, including scanned ones, into line items.
- Match and flag
- Pairs each invoice line with the contract line it should be billed under, calculates the variance, and checks increases against contract limits.
- Build TCO comparisons
- Standardizes vendor proposals into one cost structure and compares providers side by side over several years.
- Deliver review workbooks
- Produces Excel workbooks with links back to the source pages, including a list of overcharges and the contract wording behind each one.
Who it is for
Banks and credit unions, and the advisory firms that review processor contracts and invoices on their behalf.
Outcomes
336 → 44 hours
Analyst hours per reconciliation cycle (−87%), across seven client banks, measured May–August 2026.
How it works
Load contracts, amendments, and invoices.
The software extracts the terms, matches the lines, and compares the cost.
Analysts review the flagged items and export the workbooks.
